มาร์คัส แรชฟอร์ด เผยว่าเขายังคงไม่ลืม โอเล กุนนาร์ โซลชา ผู้จัดการทีมที่เป็นแรงบันดาลใจให้เขามากที่สุด

Manchester United's English national team striker Marcus Rashford has opened up about former manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, saying he remains one of the managers he respects and remembers most throughout his playing career.

Rashford said that during Solskjaer's time at Old Trafford, the atmosphere in the dressing room was warm and full of confidence, which gave players, especially the youngsters, the chance to reach their full potential. "Ole believed in me and in all the players. He made us feel like we were valued in the team," Rashford said.

Although Solskjaer's Manchester United have failed to win major trophies under him, the England striker insists that period was marked by a unique and determined spirit. "We may not have won trophies, but we had a strong spirit and everyone fought for the team," he added.

Rashford also concluded by saying that during his time under Solskjaer, he never had any negative feelings towards the former manager and still regards him as one of the best managers he has ever had.
